How to burn .dts files to CD or DVD or stream to PS3?
I downloaded Pink Floyd The Wall album in DTS. All files have .dts extension on them. How can I burn these to a CD or DVD to listen to them? I have a PS3 and Xbox 360 and also have a Denon receiver which can decode DTS and many other formats. When I burn these as a data disc with Roxio (older version) they won’t Denon Pro play but if I change the file extension to .wav they play but only white noise. At this point I don’t really care if its not true DTS but of course I would prefer it. The audio quality of this album is much superior to the original as I have compared when playing on my computer. I just want to listen to this higher quality audio on my home stereo either from CD/DVD/or streaming to my PS3 or 360. Even better would be able to listen to them in my car stereo or even on my phone with headphones. Any help would be great. Software wise, I have Roxio 2011 Pro. I do not use Nero as I’ve had too many problems with it and Windows 7. As a note, Roxio 2011 does not pick up the .dts extension when creating a simple audio CD.
