Firstly, I am not a professional musician. I am only a hobbyist, so I have limited understanding of all the ins and outs of what makes a professional quality device such as this. I can say that I have used it to make several songs and so far I have yet to tap the ends of its capabilities. The sounds are good quality. But the interface is somewhat awkward. I’ll find myself trying to play one note and accidentally move to the left or right and hit another note. I must add that I use either a keyboard controlled mixer or something like Garage Band to manipulate the phrases. Otherwise you’re stuck with a repetitive phrase that gets old and monotonous. It is a lot of fun, and it should be a while before I exhaust its range of possibilities, if ever. I hope in the future I can use it to make more cool songs!
