i bought 2 of these and one broke down mid session . after a total of 48 hours of use. so if you think that is ok then go buy one

advice on learning how to mix and dj! help!
Can you give a young grasshopper some advice. I love music and would like to learn how to mix and eventually learn how to produce music and beats. I heard ableton is excellent software and there are classes pioneer CDj Mp3 i’m looking to enroll into to learn the software. Should i go with CDJ-800 or CDJ-400 cd players? I guess a good 2 channel mixer would be the pioneer DJM-600…..? My cousin is very old school and insists that i should learn on a good set of vinyls… I just don’t understand the reasoning behind it becasue I have about 60gigs of high quality mp3 tracks that I think i’d have more fun with. He says the tones are not earthy on a non-analog setup. What is your opinion on this? Should I take his advice?
