I work for a major network news organization and use this device and a lip mic for reporters to voice their stories while we’re in the field. This is super easy to use. I start quicktime and make a new audio recording. It saves it to the desktop as a quicktime .mov file which I can then import to final cut pro or can send as an email to the news bureau to be edited.
I haven’t had any problems with this other than to say with this microphone I’m using, the level is a little low, but it doesn’t add much noticeable noise to the final file.
I highly recommend this product.
How do i connect an external preamp to my pro tools LE system?
i have a LE system with a digi 003 Pro Preamp rack interface. im trying to connect an Avalon VT737 preamp/compressor to my system but have run into a wall. can anybody give me a step by step on how to connect it to my system? thx a bunch!
