This pedal is worth every penny. It’s so much more than just a delay pedal. A must have.
Magic the Gathering; Eventide’s Spirit of the Hearth and questions about lifelink?
Okay so the other day I got an Eventide pack, opened it, and the rare that was in there was a 4/5 cat spirit called Spirit of the Hearth. It has flying and its ability is “You can’t be the target of spells or abilities Eventide H3000s your opponents control.” Now I’m slightly confused about that ability… I was taught that creatures are spells, but I’m not sure if they are spells after they are brought out; and if they are spells then does that mean that creatures can’t target me?About lifelink; the other day my brother and I were playing, and he has a creature with lifelink out and I had a few creatures out. My creature attacked and he blocked with his lifelink creature; his creature went to the graveyard and mine stayed. Does he still gain the life, or since it went to the graveyard does he not gain the life?

Great Echoplex Tone in a Digital Device. I’ve been searching for this for years. You can use the Tape echo mode and set one delay to 350ms and the other to 500ms and tweak the tone from there. The output is in beautiful sounding stereo, you need two amps of course. The main advantage of this device/effect is the fact you can update the software via USB, in fact I suggest that it MANDATORY to do this before plugging in for the first time. It’s not hard but it takes some effort at first. You have to go to their site and download some software then use the USB port. For the mac I could just use my printer cable for USB access. Then follow the instructions in the manual. The latest version is a beta but is wonderful. It has a buffer also which brightens the tone but the quality of sound is so good that you just have to adjust the tone on the amps, one extra thing, you should use the effect IN THE EFFECTS LOOP and set the switches to LINE. Worth the money and then some.
