I highly recommend Hyundai Pro. I think it was the best investment I did.

Would you choose Hyundai Veracruz or Mazda CX-9?
I’m trying to weight Hyundai Pro the pro’s/con’s between the two as we’ve narrowed it down to those two. Anybody have any good/bad experiences? Suggestions? Thanks!

Hyundai because it beat the Lexus RX 350 in a comparsion test in a issue of motortrend.

It is a good safe car. They get really good gas mileage because of their small displacement engine. It will be reliable as well. The only con I see is if you decide to sell the vehicle a year or 2 down the road. They aren’t sought after cars and tend to sit on lots. Hyundai is building a great name for themselves but it takes time.

Well the Hyandai scion and saturn are good carsthe kia is junk – stay away

What would you do with it?You’re only going to see 3-4 horsepower gained, in doing so. And you’ll lose some torque, in the process.

They’re pretty reliable, and having the same engine as the Elantra (or Lantra, depending on which country you’re in..) they’re easy to get parts for. Just make sure its been serviced according to the log book, and if the timing belt has been replaced, check whether the timing belt tensioner has been replaced also as they are prone to failure if they haven’t been replaced at the timing belt service. In short, look after it and it will, in turn, look after you.

Hyundai TiburonPros:-Good handling-Sportscar-Fun to drive-Feels fast-Sounds great.Cons:-If you are talking about the old Tiburon-ugly.-Only average reliability.-Gas mileagePontiac SunfirePros: -more room.-gas mileage-cheaper to own-looks better than the old Tiburon.Cons:-average reliability-Not a sportscar, its a compact coupe.-Interior is uglier than Tiburon.

As you said Ford is un-reliable, but if you take good care of it and do not drive like a maniac it should last you. With a review of 8.0 Ford may have got this product right. If I were you wouldn’t buy anything Japanese, as they may have good mileage, price, etc. but they lack in quality a lot of the time. It’s toygh but i think Ford may have this one.

  8. Thumbs Up Fanatic Says:

Get the maintenance records and get it inspected. They can last upwards of 200K miles if you maintain them properly, but they on these cars you need to make sure you change the timing belt and water pump, religiously, every 60K miles.

Korean cars ie Hyundai or Kia are as good as Japanese now, I think the i30 is a good small car but probably a bit dull which is really no bad thing if you can get a good deal, I do like thr 5 year warranty but Id look at the Fiat Panda which has earned a good reputation in recent years.

You also should compare car insurance quotes for cars before buying one, for example here – carinsurance.deep-ice.com

Pro’s fun car to drive, high quality, built in South Korea, low cost of ownership, good resale value, great warranty when purchased new.Con’s Tiburon is old and was replaced by the Genesis coupe, lacks sports car power and some of Hyundai’s latest safety features.Hyundai has surpassed Honda in build quality and their technology is on par with the Japanese and often better when it comes to safety features. You should be able to find an 08 GS for around $12K.http://www.hyundaiusa.com

just getting you started before a real pro points us in the right direction…You typically will want to buy the wiring harness for “88 Corolla” which will have labels to attach to your Clarion CD deck. If the wiring Harness from the car side is not fully intact, go to your local shop unless you’re up for a learning adventure of learning the correct wires, and how to go aabout ensuring they’re secure over time with vibration, which is about 12 total hours. :-)

  13. aj20031018 Says:

Pro’s: Average quality, good on gas, low insurance, low theft rate, easy to find parts, cheap to purchaseCon’s: 8 years old, likely to need repairs sooner, may require more maintenance.Advise: take the car to a shop and have the mechanic inspect for damage, needed repairs and neglected maintenance.

I see plenty of them in Maryland and it looks like a solid small SUV. It’s too small and lacking power for my needs as a married parent of 2 kids with a motorcycle trailer, I much prefer the Santa Fe. I know that Hyundai has won many awards and has been producing very good vehicles throughout the 2000’s that cost less then Toyota/Honda. We own a 2006 Azera and its been perfect for us so far.You can check reviews at http://www.edmunds.com and http://www.hyundaiusa.com and do comparisons with other brands/models.

95,000 miles is very old car.i recommend new hyundai genesis coupe 2.0t.its price is reasonable(start at $22,000 in usa),and its fuel economy is great.(even if sports coupe)EPA city/hwy econ : 21 / 30 mpg (!)and lognest time warranty in america.Official website of Genesis Coupe (Global)http://genesiscoupe.hyundai.com/Official website of Genesis Coupe (US)http://www.hyundaigenesis.com/coupe/e-Brochure of Genesis Coupe (US)http://www.hyundaigenesis.com/coupe/assets/2010_Hyundai_Coupe_eBrochure.pdf

I cant think of a better bargain in terms of feature/price ratio. The muscle cars may be nice, however, you’ll see a TON of those on the road, thus losing its rare appeal. Just look at the Corvette. Its one of THE best performance/price bargain of the century. However, its not special since EVERYONE has one. There are hardly anyone who has a Genesis Coupe on the road. You’ll be lucky to even see ONE on the road. It’s been a month since they’ve started officially selling the car, and I have yet to see one on the road.

  17. the car expert Says:

HI,cons:- if you want the best vehicle to buy check which vehicle has the less depreciation value it tell you some thing that 1. the cars maintenance and people like it or not if a second hand car has a higher value it is good in many aspects if you compare Honda has a good second hand sale value compared to Hyundai 2. maintenance and reliability also comes into the picture there again Honda has proved its reliability Hyundai is not that far behind but compared to Honda it not that fuel efficient pros:- it has good design of exterior some are impressive looks then again it is your point of view which cars are you going for the categories would be fuel efficiency ; looks; maintenance; customer service;and the basic of all how much money do you want to spend on the car maintenance that some times comes in as the biggest factor of all end of the day you should be comfortable driving it that is very important then some times money you have to compromise on what you like the best you should not feel that i should have gone for the other car take a test drive of all the cars and then decide which one is the best car you would like to goTHE BEST JUDGE IS YOUR SELF TO FIND WHAT YOU LIKE

  18. LT Says:

If not under warranty, as with any brand of car you can take it wherever you want. Just be sure the mechanic knows what he is doing.
