Meaningful guideline on Tascam Pro Dual

I highly recommend Tascam Pro Dual. I think it was the best investment I did.
Will my laptop do the job when it comes to music production?
Hey guys look im a very frustrated musician who would really appreciate it if someone would stop and take the time to read this and help: For a while now ive been trying to set up my home studio through my laptop. A little bit about my laptop: Its a Toshiba Satellite L645D-S4030, OS win7 64 bit, 4GRam Dual Processing 320G Hard Drive, to me its great. The speakers are garbage and the battery life is absolute horse crap but ive never seen such a fast efficient machine in terms of processing. Anyways my dilemma is that everytime i bring home an audio interface, for some reason i just cant seem to install the drivers that come on the CD(s). Tascam Pro Dual Ive been through 2 fasttrack pros (just to make sure it wasnt a problem with the interface) and now a tascam US-800, and i had the same problem with all 3 so of course it isnt a problem with the interfaces. WHen i would go to install the drivers on the fast track pro, my laptop would make it all the way to the end of installation to abort and tell me that it didnt feel comfortable installing insigned drivers, which windows 7 will not allow you to do. Now before anyone says go to the website and download the drivers, i already did that, still didnt work. I also tried any other FAQ youre going to find on google, i promise. Now that ive moved on to the tascam, i make it to the end of installation to tell me that drivers were not found, and that the interface was not installed correctly. Having the same problem with 3 different intefaces obviously leads me to believe the problem isnt them. But i also refuse to believe that my laptop with all its capabilities cannot handle the simple task of installing a few drivers off of a cd. Does anybody know where i get my hands on these missing drivers for my laptop? oh also if anybody was wondering i did upgrade to widows proffesional yesterday for the XP productivity. Sorry i know this is long and i know yahoo probably aint the best place to get proffesional tech advice but my point is what do i have to do to get my hands on the right drivers???
