I recently had to widen my availability as a DJ/Karaoke Jockey and decided to “split” my sound system in order to build a second one. When I did this I took out a Crown XLS-402 amplifier which was used only for driving stage monitors. That Crown is not the main amplifier for system #2. When I did this I knew that I would have to replace it with another amp. Weight and space saving were my two biggest concerns, as well as performance. I discovered these 1 RU digital amplifiers at 12 pounds to be just what I was looking for. I now run two, one each of these, in both of my systems. Once again to drive stage monitors only. They are extremely light and easy to install. I must say that I am impressed so far with their performance as well.
would Amplifier Pro something like a Technical Pro RX-B33 2 Channel 1000 Watt Amplifier work through a non-powered mixer with mics and drum mics plugged into it?
