I also purchased this microphone for the Canon Rebel T2i (I saw the other review after it was too late to cancel). The microphone is worse than the built-in microphone. It produces loud noise and doesn’t cancel out any background noise. There’s no way to adjust the gain/volume.

What is a good shopping website with cheap prices on recording and pro audio equipment?
My budget is below Pro Audio Equipment For $1,000. All I’m looking for is an 8 input preamp with USB connection, any type of pro tools v8, and condenser mics. I know i can’t get such good mics for too cheap, but I’m just getting started.
