It was a great help to me in understanding Pro Tools and the recording process. Being new to digital audio recording, or any recording at all, I felt I faced a pretty steep learning curve. From equipment overview, installation and recommendations on preference setting, the author explains in all in clear understandable language for a layman like myself. Along with good solid information about recording and music production in general. I would recommend this book to those who are looking to express themselves through this creative process, and my feel it is beyond their understanding.

Can you use any MBox or USB interface with pro tools or pro tools LE?
i’m setting up my studio and I heard from my friend that Pro Tools Recording Studio I can’t just use any m box or USB interface with pro tools and I’m stepping up from fl studios to pro tools because pro tools is a much more efficient when it comes to recording rap vocals. But can I use any interface or mbox with pro tools?
