This is a practical book. It combines common sense and a depth of experience on the author’s part with an introduction to sound treatment materials and construction/renovation methods. It’s geared toward working or weekend musicians, those living in residential areas and willing to put more than a little labor and money into practice/recording space. That pretty much rules out apartment dwellers, however. (See if you can get some basement space and put an extra layer of drywall over the entire ceiling.)
Do i need and AUDIO INTERFACE for a rap, hiphop recording home studio?
i am creating a home studio and i dont really know what i need this is what i got so far Hardware: Korg Kontrol49 MIDI Studio Controller, OSP STM-1300 STUDIO CONDENSER Recording Studio SoundProofing MICROPHONE, KRK ROKIT RP5 RP-5 POWERED STUDIO MONITORs, Auralex D36 Acoustic Foam+Glue Kit Studio Soundproofing, DigiTech VOCAL 300 – VOCAL EFFECTS PROCESSOR, Ion Icue Computer Mixing System Pro DJ Station MP3 Ipod, Behringer Xenx 802 Mixer, Nady QH360 Studio Headphones , Tripod Mic Stand with Fixed Boom Software, i have reason 3,and 4 nuendo 3, sonar 7 pro, acid pro 7, tracktor dj 3 and much more is there anything i am missing my question is do i need an AUDIO INTERFACE
