Well, in general this product is very helpful. It’s extremely detailed in each chapter giving me a great way to learn hands on. The only downfall of this product was the instructional dvd that comes with the book, doesn’t play on my brand new macbook pro. However, this same dvd plays every once in a while on my other macbook. Also, this dvd is missing the first 16 video tutorials. So, the book itself is great but the dvd not working, makes this product not worth the money. Learning on my own, being a visual learner, I was really counting on the dvd to help speed along my learning process.
Does Pro Tools work like Reason with different sounds for a midi keyboard?
The music industry is changing Pro Tools along with the rest of the world. Most of the external devices are now internal. People are choosing Reason over an external keyboard. Does Pro Tools have a lot of great sounds or is it just recording?
